These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website corengg.com and any purchases, quotations, or orders placed through it (the “Site”), operated by Corengg Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Corengg”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a Chennai-based authorized reseller of engineering software and hardware including Formlabs, ZWCAD, ZW3D, ANSYS, AutoCAD, Siemens NX, Solid Edge and HP. By browsing the Site, adding products to cart, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Corengg & Authorized Reseller Status

Corengg Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized channel partner/reseller for the brands listed on this Site. All product names, logos, and trademarks (Formlabs®, ZWCAD®, ZW3D®, ANSYS®, AutoCAD®, Siemens NX®, Solid Edge®, HP®) remain the property of their respective owners. Our role is limited to marketing, sale, and support of these products within our authorized territory; software licensing terms, End User License Agreements (EULAs), and hardware warranties are ultimately governed by the respective OEM’s own policies, which take precedence over these Terms where applicable.

2. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a person of legal age who accepts responsibility for the transaction, to place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting enquiries or placing orders through the cart.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, scraping content, or interfering with the cart/checkout functionality.
• Content on this Site — text, images, product descriptions, whitepapers, comparison charts, and pricing tables — is the property of Corengg or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

3. Product Listings, Pricing & Quotations

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing displayed on the Site are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or specification errors, even after an order is placed, before final invoicing.
• Prices shown on product/cart pages are indicative and generally exclusive of applicable GST, shipping, and installation/training charges unless explicitly stated. A final quotation or proforma invoice will confirm the exact payable amount.
• Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice, including due to changes in OEM pricing, currency fluctuation (for imported hardware), or supply constraints.
• Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee price lock-in or stock availability until an order is confirmed by our sales team.

4. Cart, Orders & Checkout Process

• Placing an order: Selecting products and submitting your cart constitutes an offer to purchase, which Corengg may accept or decline. An order is confirmed only upon our written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) or issuance of a proforma invoice.
• Quotation-based ordering: For certain high-value software and hardware (e.g., ANSYS licenses, Siemens NX seats, Fuse X1/Form 4 printers), cart submissions may route to our sales team for a formal quotation rather than instant checkout, given configuration and licensing variables.
• Payment terms: Full or partial advance payment may be required before order processing, as communicated in the quotation/invoice. Accepted modes include bank transfer, UPI, card, or other methods offered at checkout.
• Taxes: All orders are subject to applicable GST and any other statutory levies in force at the time of invoicing.
• Order acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, non-availability of stock/license, or inability to verify customer information.

5. Software Licensing

• License keys/activation codes are issued only after full payment realization, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• It is your responsibility to review and accept the applicable EULA before installing or activating any software.
• Subscription-based licenses are subject to the renewal terms, seat limits, and usage restrictions specified by the OEM.

6. Hardware Products, Shipping & Warranty

• Hardware products (e.g., Formlabs 3D printers, HP workstations) are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, subject to the terms and conditions specified by that manufacturer.
• Estimated delivery timelines shared during checkout or quotation are indicative and may vary due to logistics, customs (for imported items), or manufacturer lead times.
• Risk of loss/damage in transit is generally covered per our shipping/insurance arrangement with the courier partner; please inspect shipments on delivery and report visible damage immediately.
• Installation, training, and after-sales technical support, where applicable, will be as per the scope defined in your order confirmation/quotation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, product photography, whitepapers, blog articles, and comparison tools — is owned by Corengg or used under license from the respective OEMs. You may not copy, republish, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corengg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

9. Third-Party OEM Terms

Where a product’s use is governed by additional terms set by the OEM (e.g., Formlabs Care, ANSYS support agreements, Autodesk subscription terms), those terms apply in addition to, and where conflicting, take precedence over, these Terms of Use for matters specific to that product.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check the “Last Updated” date periodically.
